This configuration file describes options referring to the map content. All other options that
influence on the map layout, colors definition are located in an interface.txt file.
All options in this file start and end with "&" symbol. Typical structure of an option is:

Each state line consists of several blocks. Each block contains state abbreviation "_" and block abbreviation.
There are such possible abbreviations:
c - color scheme number (set in interface.txt);
cc - Color scheme number for counties inside of the state. Could be redefined by specific county value.
a - Active. Defines if state is active or not;
d - Description;
url - URL to open on click;
ds - HTML tooltip content;
e - On press event. Values are the same as for "stateonpressevent" option;
txt - HTML content for information window that will appear after state zoomed if on-press event for state set to 4, or 5
wd - HTML tooltip width for the state.
